Daisy, Daisy, look at my garden grow

Pink daisies are adorable with the lime green stems and a vellum  banner over the top.  I dug out some old brads to use for the centers of my flowers.

Liquid Pearls and Stencils

I made this background yesterday when I was working with my pretty inks from Ranger.  I dug out some old stuff for making the rest of the card. The tag is using a Cuttlebug die from an alphabet set I bought about 10 years ago.  The vellum is a chunk I dug out of my stash (that I haven't looked at for about 5 years) and my sunflower is a Cheery Lynn that I have had for a while.  The sunflower die is still available for purchase. The branches are a discontinued one form Memory Box.

Color Burst on Glossy paper

I grabbed some glossy paper and my fabulous collection of Color Burst inks to  make this bright card.  The glossy paper is perfect for making a spotty dotty card.

Color Burst and Cheery Lynn Flowers

Here is a little more Color Burst fun. I added a few flowers and greenery to my background created with Color Burst dry ink powders.  The green leaves are also made with Color Burst.  I had created a sheet of green sprinkles that didn't turn out the way I wanted so I used portions of it to create the leaves for  my flowers. Give the Color Burst ink shot....you won't regret it!

Dylusions Spray Inks

I was playing with my Dylusions the other day and got this little series of small cards done using the sheet of paper I inked up with my Dylusions Sprays.  A lot of fun and a lot of messiness.

Project Life

It's time to think about Valentines......or maybe you have them done already. I made this bright spot of color a few days ago using a new die from Lawn Fawn.  The die is the size of an ATC card or that little photo pocket size the Project Life followers. It comes with a few different designs to go in the middle to be cut out or just leave it as a simple card to be embellished or written on. The card cut out would fit into the small slot on the Project Life page protector.  But, since I do not necessarily follow the Project Life type of scrapping, I wanted to show how easy it is to use the supplies that are now being designed for that style of scrapbooking. You can see it is pretty easy to go from one style to the next.  Many products available now can be used for the Project Life or any other style of scrapbooking and card making you prefer.

This is the other card class I taught on Saturday using a fun technique I learned about over a year ago.  There are so many possibilities for decorating this one.

Cheery Lynn Snowflowers

Simple snowflakes.  I love snowflakes.  Snowflake stickers, dies and stamps....my favorite!  I really dig snowpeople too.  I went with a simple snowflake and sentiment for this one.
