Cheery Lynn Snowflowers

Simple snowflakes.  I love snowflakes.  Snowflake stickers, dies and stamps....my favorite!  I really dig snowpeople too.  I went with a simple snowflake and sentiment for this one.

Memory Box Landscape

Embossing cardstock, die cutting cardstock and layers and layers of white make a gorgeous base for a card.  Add a few dots of Stickles to the snow and you have a nice card.  I used pop dots to bump up the layers, but you could just layer them without the pop dots to  make them easy to mail for your Christmas cards.

Embossing Folders

We have a bunch of great embossing folders for Christmas this year.  It turns a simple piece of cardstock into a beautiful card that is easy to mail.  You can embellish more or just leave it simple like this.

Make & Take Thursday

Here is our Make &Take for today......Cheery Lynn dies, Spellbinders (Gillian Vance) dies and Memory Box dies.

Memory Box dies and a fun fold

Here is one card from the Extravaganza yesterday at the store.  Everyone seems to love a different fold for their cards and this one is my favorite for a great stand-up card.  So many options to finish one of these off once you get the basic fold down.

Naughty or Nice?

Here is a page I did with a new paper from My Mind's Eye.  It's a little glittery in the corners without being too much.  We had Santa do a little visit just before Christmas last year and some of the staff got a few pictures. It was a fun evening even if the weather was less than delightful.

Crate Paper Story Teller Collection

The story of the best sandwich ever.  Ok, might be exaggerating a little bit, but it sure was tasty!  I love watching Diner's, Drive-Ins and Dives on Food Network and a little cafe in Duluth was one they had reviewed during one particular show.  Since I have been in Canal Park several times, I thought we should  go find this place the next time we were there. I got that chance this summer.

 Materials:
Paper: Crate Paper: STORY TELLER "Archives"
     Echo Park: THIS & THAT
     Simple Stories: 24/SEVEN "Today"
My Mind's Eye tag
Pink Paislee tag
Stickers: PEBBLES Inc

Jillibean Soup Labels

Here is another example of the Project Life style "cards" used on a full 12x12 page instead of the Project Life page protectors.  I love the fun designs that are available on the full sheets of paper.  So many great pages and cards can be created using them.  The bingo cards in particular have many fun sayings at the top to a variety of page themes. If the theme doesn't work for you, use a sticker to cover the word and work from there.

My Mind's Eye papers

Here is one page using a Project Life style card from a full sheet of paper.  Once you cut up the sheet you have 5 more "cards" to use on another page or a card.  Stop by the store to check out al the choices for this style of scrapbooking and see what YOU can come up with!

CANDi

Project Life seems to be a scrapbooking style we hear a lot about and not everyone is on board with the style. Many companies have been creating papers that go along with that style and they are perfect for making card fronts.  It's all in how you look at it.  I will show you some pages that incorporate the Project Life style but in MY style instead over the next few days.

Memory Box Dies

A paneled wall, a pretty tree and carefully wrapped packages....Christmas.
