Color Burst

Pretty Pretty.  It is time to play with some Color Burst. Picture This has all 12 colors!!

Color Burst Merlot

When anger wins.  I tried a technique to get an hombre look to my Color Burst ink and it didn't really work.  I did get one end to be very dark but it did not draw up to the middle  like I was hoping.....so, I slammed the paper down on the craft mat in frustration and came up with the above.....anger wins. I loved the result!!

I had a class this evening that used some great die cuts from October Afternoon.  In the class we made 6 cards and then I also made three extra projects using the remaining die cuts from the package.

Gingerbread Man card

A sheet of gingerbread cookies sounds good about right now.....this one won't burn and you don't have to clean your kitchen after.  Can't help you with your craft room though....lol.

Lineman Snowflake from Memory Box

Angles and stripes.  I used a simple angle to make a different look for this one.  A simple snowflake with a button and a leaf finish it off.

Santa Teepee.  I had fun with circles and a different fold for this one.

Liquid Pearls and Memory Box dies

Sparkle and shine.  A combination of metallic paper and matte paper make up this card.  A ton of cut pieces from a few different die cuts also make up this card.

The backside of that vintage paper has a sheet music look so I took some remnants from that to make this card.
