Cute Penguin from Impression Obsession

The most adorable thing in a hat!  I just love this little guy.  Next years Christmas Cards will be featuring this adorable penguin.  I bought the die a little to late to get them on all my cards for this year.  I actually got my cards done this year....on time.....a major feat for me.  I did get a couple little penguins on a few cards but next years cards will certainly have this adorable dude.

 My collection for next year is started!

Memory Box Landscape

Using a favorite landscape die from Memory Box coupled with a tag die from Impression Obsession makes for a simple Christmas card.

Altitude by Bo-Bunny

This one is super simple using just the pieces from the Altitude collection and a couple of gems for the centers of the snowflakes on the background.  Uses Altitude and Bundled from The Altitude Collection.

Country Landscape by Memory Box

Hello Winter......maybe not.  It's here, like it or not!  Embrace winter with this cool paper from Bo-Bunny.  I used a sheet of Bundled and Cold Snap for this one.  A little Country Landscape from Memory Box and some Chrystal Stickles.

One more card using Bundled and Cold Snap from the Altitude collection by Bo-Bunny.  I added this great Holographic paper to the outline of the snowman card and for the snowflake.  I say, it make a gorgeous snowflake!

Deer Trio

A different take on the Bo-Bunny Altitude line.  I added the Deer Trio from Memory Box to the front of this card with a little glittery snow for them to stand in.  Makes a great winter or Christmas card. The card uses the Bundled and Blizzard sheets from the collection

More cards using the Bo-Bunny Altitude Collection. Love this glitzy paper from American Crafts. This Holographic paper is super easy to use in the Cuttlebug and with all my die cuts!

Bo-Bunny Altitude collection

New from Bo-Bunny.  We got this paper in the first week of December and I had to buy a few sheets. One sheet has several cards you can cut up and make into embellishments for scrapbook pages or, in my case, make a few Christmas and Winter cards for sending out. So many pretty papers from the manufacturers this season are leaning towards a FROZEN theme....wonder how come :)

Spellbinders Pierced Circles

Last card from Tuesday's class.  The tree side of the pattern and my new Spellbinders Pierced Circles die.  The Twinery Twine, Memory Box Ornament, Inkadinkdoo clings rubber stamp set and the twig die from Cheery Lynn round out the embellishments.

Memory Box Landscape Dies

One card from Tuesday nights class to go along with the accordion card.  This green pattern is the back side of the tree patterned paper.  A simple stamp and some adorable die cuts and your done!

Accordian Card

My Accordion Card from last nights class.  I love doing this fold.  It fits in a normal A2 envelope but stands up by itself!  This card plus two more were in last nights class.  We used one sheet of patterned paper and sheet of 12x12 cardstock and one 8.5x11 sheet, plus some scraps for the embellishments to create three cards.  A pretty nice set of cards for a small investment.   You'll see the other two cards in the next two days, stay tuned!

Dylusions Spray Inks

I have a new toy, my Taylored Expressions stamps!  I bought two sets, this is one of them called "Shade Tree Sentiments".  I used the butterfly strip from Memory Box for my butterflies and sprayed some ink all over a sheet of white cardstock to get the rainbow effect background.  Tons of fun to try and, well, a little bit messy.

More fun with the scene dies from Memory Box.  I put a little Distress Ink on one side of the card with a few splashes of water for a hazy wintery look.

Memory Box Grand Madison Window part 2

One more 3D window ornament from Class.  This one uses a great starry night patterned paper and some Stickles in the corner of the windows for the frosty finish.

Grand Madison Window

I made a fun 3D window ornament for my Christmas Tree during a class onWednesday night this week.  A bunch of great Memory Box dies and even more pop dots to make the layers in the box come to life.

Winter Wonderland

Winter Wonderland.  A simple card using white cardstock, a patterned paper and one of my favorite snowflake dies.  Some corner rounding adds a little fun to the whole project.

Accordion card.  I love this card style.  It stands up really nice and it's super fun to make and decorate!

Turkey Time with Sizzix Rosette

 Little turkey's all in a row.

Place cards for a big turkey dinner.

Here is a close-up of one of the turkey place cards.  Three rosettes, one each of the sizes, glued together with a printed turkey head I copied from the internet.  Tim Holtz did these quirky turkeys back in 2011 and I did one way back then too.....but I had to make another set for this year.

Liquid Pearls, Alcohol Inks and Lawn Fawn Stamps

Time to play this week.  I got inky and really messy one night and now I have a bunch of great backgrounds to work with for cards.  This was a small one and only one card came out of it, but look for more over the next few days using Dylusions Spray Inks and more Alcohol Inks from Ranger.  This one is using the Alcohol Inks and what fun it was.  Love the reaction it gets each time you added a color. I used a Lawn Fawn stamp and some Liquid Pearls on this one too.

The new Doodlebug papers and stickers are so adorable...they are hard to resist.  I created a scene card using a combination of patterned papers and the sticker sheet from this adorable collection.

Cheery Lynn and Memory Box dies work together to create this simple Thank you card. CANDi dot centers are all this need to finish it off.

Circles and more Circles

Green, green and more green.  My favorite color is featured on this card using a ton of circles and a couple more dies.  Try it using any color combo or make it a rainbow of color for a different look.

Lawn Fawn Dies

A quick thank you card for those Christmas gifts that are coming in a few months.  I dug out my underused Lawn Fawn die and created the front of this card, love that stitching and rounded corners. I double cut the THANKS out with a patterned paper and a solid behind. By offsetting just a little you can see the color peek out from behind.

Impression Obsession and Memory Box

I got to use my new Impression Obsession Gift Card Insert 2 die for the "enjoy" on the outside of this card.  The gift card holder part was not used but the "enjoy" stencil is perfect for finishing this scene card without adding more bulk to it.  Memory Box dies are used for the rest of the card.

Impression Obsession Christmas Tag Set

I love being able to use up my extra little bits of paper, those "scraps" we all save.  These were from a project I was working on using larger chunks of the paper so I was pleased to have those tiny bits become a part of something else!  I also used another sticker from my Doodlebug sheet...they are so adorable.

Plastic Purse Project

One more project from my Extravaganza collection.  This was a plastic purse gifty bag that I created the night before using papers we had just gotten in.....You know when you get inspired by papers and you JUST HAVE TO CREATE....this was that moment.  Isn't the paper just adorable?  I had to sacrifice my last bag of frozen CandyCane Kisses for the project though.  Lucky me, it is almost the season to get more......I am just not looking forward to the other parts of that season.....mainly the snow.

CANDi dots and Twine

A simple card with a few well placed embellishments are all you need for your Christmas card sending this year.  Add a few die cuts and you can take it to the next level.

Sizzix Rosette and Liquid Pearls

More Extravaganza Projects....this time I used my favorite Spray inks....Dylusions.  My new tag die set from Impression Obsessions is also on this card along with an adorable set of stickers from Doodlebug! Love these little tags. I also made a rosette with my Sizzix Alterations die using candy cane paper...adorable!  I even got out my lime green Liquid Pearls and a corner rounder punch.  Who knew how often I would be able to use my lime green Liquid Pearls.

Impression Obsession Christmas Tag set

Wine anyone?  One of my projects was a wine tag for gift giving.  Simple tags created with a Spellbinders circle die, the Impression Obsession Christmas Tag die, Memory Box dies and some cute papers from Doodlebug.

Kaiser Kraft Papers

The Christmas Extravaganza was just a few days ago.  This is one of my projects.....a gifty type project....Goats Milk Soap wrapped in a little patterned paper and twine.

Memory Box Dies and Pan Pastel

Another Memory Box die.  I loved this die and all the little bits that come out of it when you cut the image out.  I took a little time to place all those little bits back into the correct spots and then added a little color to the middle with Pan Pastels.  Really cool effect, but a LOT of work.

Pages

Another page for the youngest kids album.  This is from the All Night After Graduation party and includes the Passport invitation, the Passport for games and fun and a fun photo first from the night.

I created the PASSPORT for the invite and the one they used for the games and food using plain blue paper, a metallic gold paper, embossing powder and my Just Rite stamps.  I even decorated the envelopes that the invites went out in.
